Overview
Handheld Red Light Therapy Device IRH-003 delivers wavelengths penetrating 2 inches deeply into the skin and helps manage sores and ulcers inside the mouth. Near-Infrared Red Light has been shown in scientific research to reduce pain and help manage outbreaks.
Red Light (660nm)
It penetrates the surface of human tissue and about 80% of the energy is absorbed in the first 2cm. Red Light energy has a significant effect on the stimulation of mitochondria, which increases ATP production, which in turn increases fibroblast activity. This results in an increase in cell renewal, surface circulation and anti-inflammatory discharge.
Near Infrared Light (850nm)
With its strong ability to penetrate deep into tissues and joints, NIR is ideal for enhancing muscle recovery and reducing joint pain.
The 660nm and 850nm wavelengths are chose because these 2 wavelengths can act on different depths of the cortex, which means they have therapeutic effect for different skin layers. This is a unique feature compared to other similar products.
